Space is plentiful in a villa, but making the most of it is another matter. I make wardrobes in Marbella and bespoke dressing rooms that use every centimetre, from the loft to that awkward corner no one knows what to do with. After five years assembling and building furniture in Toronto, this is what I enjoy most: making the inside work as well as the simple-looking exterior.

In a villa in Marbella or Sotogrande, the dressing room is almost another room in its own right, and that’s how I design it: with a central island, hanging areas at different heights, drawer units with dividers, integrated lighting and fronts that complement the rest of the home.

You can tell a good wardrobe the moment you open it. I make the interiors in fine wood, with soft-close fittings and a layout designed around what you actually store. No forcing catalogue modules into an awkward space: the dimensions are determined by your walls, not a standard size.
